- ORDER CANCELLATION
Most of the orders will be shipped in 24 hours (Business Day). Please contact us on cs@R2hobbies.com with your order number, full name and shipping address if you want to cancel your order. If order has been shipped, no cancellation can be done. If payment is done by Paypal, payment will be fully refunded via Paypal. Payment done by other Payment methods, 5% cancellation surcharge will be applied.
- COMBINE SHIPPING
If an order has been taken and being processed, no additional items can be added. We highly recommend customer to place another order for the additional items. Postage is weight based indeed. Not much postage can be saved even combing the shipping but it can dramatically minimize the possibility of errors.
- DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If the parcel arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please DO NOT sign for it and should contact us immediately by email.
If you have signed for the parcel, please take photos on the parcel and contents and email us in 3 days. Our sales support team will discuss the case with you. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
- RETURNING MERCHANDISE
(NOT USE OR OPEN)
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. There is 15% restocking fee for qualified returns. Postage is NOT refundable.
(USED OR OPENED)
We DO NOT warrant crash damage, under any circumstance. There is NO WARRANTY for Battery. No warranty will be provided for Electronic Parts (ESC, Receiver) for misuse. If R2hobbies decided replacement can be provided, we replace all faulty items with new products.
In any situation, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
You are responsible for making sure that the items are returned to us safely and without any further damages, so please ensure it is packed safely and securely.
- WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
It is because our warehouse is not operated by robots, there can be a slight margin for human error. If you have received a parcel that is missing an item, has the wrong item or too many items.... please CONTACT US, stating your order ID and include a photograph of the incorrect item. Our customer service staff will request a photo of the wrong item if you do not supply one. We also ask you to check your account, sometimes items can be back ordered, in which case you can request a refund, wait or change to another item.
- LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping. However, we will assistant our customer to file a claim to the carrier to solve the problem.
- PRICE & PRICE CHANGE
All the pricing in our sites DO NOT include any duty and tax.
Hong Kong is a VAT TAX free city.
If your country charge you any tax upon you receive your the package. It is out of our control and please consults your local custom department before making the order.
