RETURN POLICY
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please contact us by email on cs@R2hobbies.com in 72 hours.
- We ONLY SELL BRAND NEW ITEMS (unless specify in the item pages)!
- It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without our approval will not be processed.
- All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return. - Refund through the ORIGIONAL PAYMENT METHOD which buyer is used.
- Shipping & handling charges is non-refunable.
- All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Cannot be changed to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.
- Buyer is responsible for the BOTH return and resending shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
