Buyer Agreement

We will declare the parcel as gift in order to lower the chance for getting tax charges. However, buyer should expect to pay any amount charged by the government of bidder's country, this includes (but not limited to) duty, tax, COD. |

Refund occurs only when item is damaged or lost by the shipping company (UPS, FedEx...etc), money will be refund after I got the claim value from shipping company. Maximum refund amount will be the selling price, shipping cost will not be refund since it has been used. |
